The Quad Rock 50 Mile is a classic Colorado trail race where many top runners have tested themselves on the beautiful trails outside Fort Collins. Given the history and tough terrain, it's the perfect race to test myself before Western States. I came out of the race with some new lessons and some stronger confidence... and also a small knee injury. We'll see what happens. But right now, the knee is feeling good. And the moon is looking a little bit larger in the sky. Moonshot time. BELIEVE.
