Andrey Khazbulatov is a producer and strategic advisor working in international film distribution, co-production and cultural policy. He holds a PhD in Art History and previously served as Chairman of Kazakhstan’s National Film Support Center and Director General of the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture. He is currently based in Argentina, where his work focuses on developing connections between the film industries of Eurasia and Latin America.
